Ringing in the New Year...

So since we met our deductible Shane decided to ring in the New Year by having surgery. He has been having gallbladder problems for a long time. So they went in there and took out the gallbladder and while they were fishing around in there they found his appendix was not looking to great. So they took that out too. Then they found a hernia he will have to go back and get fixed another time. Soooooo he has been laying around trying to recover. The poor guy went in for a simple surgery and came out with extra pain. He is moving slow but slowly getting better. I am hoping he feels better soon. It is hard to keep kids queit while he rests and it is like having one more kid to take care of only a sick one. I feel like I need a vacation from Christmas break!!!! Thanks Bridgette for letting Braedon come over the night of the surgery and hang out. It was one less kid!! I really appreciate it!! Hopefully this year will get off on a better start now!!
