Halloween Fun

Thursday night the kids and I decided to take the challenge of carving pumpkins without Dad. He was busy working and we were not going to have any other time to get it done. They all did really good. The boys dug and carved everything on their own and Taelor drew what she wanted and I carved it for her. I was very impressed with their ideas on what to carve. Creative little kiddos!! Dawson hard at work....
Braedon finishing up a few details

Dawson and Taelor had their Halloween parties for school on Friday and Taelor wanted to wear her dress all day!!! She was a very cute witch. Dawson was a little nervous dressing up as a caveman because he would be drawing attention to himself and he is not a fan of people watching him. He did great and survived the day without a hitch!!

Saturday we went to the church for some games and Trick or Treating. They got TOO MUCH CANDY!!!!! Later that night I took Dawson and Taelor door to door trick or treating and they had a good time. We dropped Braedon off at a friends house and then went home to pass out candy. The kids liked that almost as much as getting their own. All in all it was a good halloween!!!
FYI Braedon is a Denver Bronco fan.....a real stcetch!!
