A hunting we did go.....

So yesterday after church we met up with Shane's mom and step dad and went to go hunt for a Christmas tree. After a looong drive we found 'the spot'. There were lots of places you can go cut down trees but the problem is you can't get to them without crossing private property. So when we finally found 'the spot' the kids hit the ground running. They looked and pondered on every tree we came across. Dawson decided he wanted a tree that was a stick tree. Braedon worked on his tree chopping skills and wanted to cut down every single tree!!! He only ended up cutting down two though. One for us and one for Shane's mom. It was a really fun time. Braedon being Braedon.
